Forum for Questioning Minds is organized within the State of Utah as a nonprofit corporation.  Our federal status as a 501(c)(3) corporation is pending.

Our Purpose
Relying upon reason as our guide, and upon freedom as our method, we seek:

• To grow in understanding of ourselves,

• To grow in understanding of our world, and

• To serve the universal human family.

We shall fulfill this purpose through educational activities consisting of conducting public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures, or other similar programs.

Format
Our educational forum is designed to be an interactive experience. The format is either a 35-40 minute presentation followed by discussion time OR a 60-minute plus presentation that embodies ongoing dialog with the audience.

Meeting Location
We meet in the fourth floor conference room at the Salt Lake City Main Library  The address of the library is 210 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Meeting Times
Meeting times are from 1:45 PM to 4:30 PM on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from September through May except holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. 

Parking
Parking is available under the library building and the entry is on the north side of the building on 400 South.
